Participants receive a free 6-month license (beyond the standard 30-day free trial) and guided support through four key touchpoints:

Planning call to align goals, timeline, and participants
A live pilot kickoff session for participants focused on core functionality, instructional use, and best practices (participants will have access and resources in advance)
A midpoint check-in where participants share progress, receive feedback, and explore additional features
A final reflection session to review outcomes, identify next steps, and support decision-making
